Commission Workflow
I accept 3 Commissions per month.
This guarantees you receive your order quickly.
Timeline
I prefer to start with a call, but email works just fine.
Our first conversation decides when to meet for updates.
Most commissions only take a couple weeks.
I only queue 3 months out, rush orders are not available.

I will review your order before accepting.
You'll receive an email response within a week.
You will pay through VGen.
My Process
What can you expect from me?
Discussion
After receiving your order and references, I will contact you
to review your expectations and needs. This can be a call
or email. I will use the method you provide in the form.
Design Sketches
I will provide sketches for you to choose from.
After picking one to go with, I will send regular updates,
sometimes several a day, until we have a final design.
Painting/Rendering
I am able to render characters in multiple styles.
We will agree on the style before I begin sketching.
From this point, you must pay for major changes.
Major changes include outfit changes, hair style etc.
You can ask for rendering edits, such as texture and lighting.
Color Variations
You can specify the colors or I can provide a selection.
If you want to keep multiple versions, you will pay an
extra fee of $75 per color palette.
Approval & Delivery
You will give me final feedback for the rendering.
After adding the finishing touches, I will provide a link.
It will be a private Google Drive link.
Disclaimer
Both you and I can cancel commissions at any time.
I refund at a $20hr rate, keeping what I already worked.
Payment is done half now, half at the end.
Final Files are only given after payment is complete.
They include a .pdf explaining how to install.
I can help you set up the files personally as well.
Please let me know if you have a deadline for any service,
or if you are planning debut/subathon events.
I decide the order of commissions at month's end.
This lets me determine the working order for the next month.
